Not sure BAPD would allow us to build scaffolding with rope and bamboo. There are some advantages here.
Walked around the grounds this morning, overcast and hot. Staff were out sweeping the streets with bamboo brooms. From the limited exposure we've had, it seems people are very entrepreneurial, not so much begging. Lots of shops and people selling stuff out of their homes.
